Little Journey Into the Unknown

I think this is really great. The contrast between the red slug and the green, well, everything, really catches your eye. It instantly draws your eyes to the plant, and so does the focus. The focus is extraordinary because it gives a feel of separation, just not quite loneliness. I think it has to do with how the unfocused background looks because the background is almost mystical and fairy tale-like, which takes away the lonely feel. Also, the way the light shines, it almost seems as if it is going through the flowers, as well as the slug.
