A World Apart

The fall colors and the log lying across the path make me sigh and feel right at home. I can smell the fallen leaves and hear them crunching under my feet. It takes me back to childhood memories of playing in the woods as the world tilts away from the burning sun and ignites its own chilly fire.

I have very strong opinions about this picture; I like it a lot. Still, quantifying this feeling with numbers is kind of weird, and dA's critique system will take me time to get used to. So I am going to say, the vision is great, the originality is great, the technique rocks, and for the impact you win one free internet.
